Marian Koren

Marian Koren, Ph.D., is Head of Research and International Affairs for the Netherlands Public Library Association in The Hague, Netherlands. And also the Secretary for the Netherlands Library Forum FOBID. She is an international lecturer and the author on topics ranging from library policies and strategies, innovation in services and design of libraries, to human rights to freedom of expression and access to information.
