Ingo Caesar
Ingo Caesar is a student at the Department of Information Science of the University of Applied Sciences, Potsdam (Germany) since October 2006. Previously he studied social sciences and worked from 2003-2006 as research assistant at the special library of the Berlin Institute for Comparative Social Research (BIVS).
