Edvaldas Baltrūnas

Edvaldas Baltrūnas is a bachelor student at the Institute of Library and Information Science of Vilnius University Faculty of Communication since 2006. In addition he is a project manager in alliance "Window to the Future" which aim is increasing the number of Internet users and developing computer literacy among Lithuanian people. His interests fields: computer literacy, digital divide, lifelong studies.
